Just For The Ride was formed by members Dan and Smidge who started off jaming in garages and conservatories.

DAN:
"I can remember way back in the day when we were just starting to jam in Smidges garage we were both on are asses, then smidge made friends with some bird whose brother was all into his drumming so we got up there and soon as we started playing we clicked. On our first day jaming we got about 10 cover songs done".

SMIDGE:
"Then i new this older lad called jason he was a big lad n wel he looked like a monkey lol but was a top bloke he new how to play the guitar and  bass so we took him and every position in the band was filled Just For The Ride was formed"

JASE:

"I met smidge at this party i went to last summer. I noticed him talking to me girlfriend alot so i decided to keep my eye on the little bastard lol. We started talking and he told me he was looking for a bassist for his band. I was wasted by then so i agreed to join lol. A week later, i turned up to a practice and i was bloody impressed."
